A: Put simply, we operate in volume. Major event caterers often require tableware in huge volumes across a period of time, and so we work closely with these clients to ensure their needs are met in the most efficient and effective way possible.
A: Absolutely. We hold one of the largest stocks of CCG (china, cutlery & glassware) anywhere in the UK.
A: Our management team is one of the most experienced in this sector and will be delighted to work closely with you.

products

A: Quite possibly, yes, as we pride ourselves in our product purchasing being customer-led. Please contact your account manager.
A: In between hires, all our CCG items are machine washed, dried, thoroughly checked and counted, to ensure that when they arrive with you, they are in table-ready condition.
A: Yes – this is all part of the service.
A: We have the capability to turn items around within 24 hours. However, due to our extensive stocks, we can provide fresh items when your event is running on consecutive days.

ordering

A: We will provide a customised pricing agreement, based on your specific requirements.
A: Put simply, as far in advance as possible. It’s always easier to tweak an order in the lead up to your event, rather than leave everything until the last minute.
A: Within reason, we will always endeavour to accommodate your requirements. If it is last minute, then sometimes it isn’t possible but rest assured if it is, then we’ll do it!

Delivery & Collection

A: Yes, we operate a fleet of our own trucks with our own drivers nationwide, so don’t have to rely on pallet networks.
A: The cost of transport will be part of your customised agreement.

Payment

A: We will set up a trading account for you, working on 30 days credit.
A: Please contact us and speak to one of our account managers.

Losses & Breakages

A: We will count the incoming items from you. Any losses and/or damages will be charged.
A: Our service commitment to you says within 72 hours.

OTHER

A: If you visit our sustainability page, you will see the initiatives that we are currently driving forward on, as part of our effort to minimise the carbon emissions as a result of our operations.
A: Yes, we’re always happy to carry out a site visit to discuss your CCG requirements in person.
A: Of course, we’ll be happy to welcome you for a coffee, chat and a tour around our facility. Please liaise with your account manager to arrange a mutually convenient date.
